Founded in 2018, NP Housecalls, PLLC is a home-based medical practice committed to providing exceptional care to seniors residing in senior living facilities or their own homes throughout Middle Tennessee. Our comprehensive range of services includes primary and episodic care, transitional care, chronic care management, palliative care, and hospice coordination.

Position Overview

We are seeking highly independent and self-directed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our dedicated team. As a provider with NP Housecalls, you will enjoy the autonomy to manage patient care, develop personalized care plans, and make critical decisions that enhance the quality of life for your patients. You will be supported by an outstanding team of amazing peer teammates with various backgrounds, along with nurses, office staff, and a collaborating physician, while having the freedom to manage your clinical practice independently.

Our Why

What initially attracted me to NPHC was the opportunity to work with the geriatric population and provide care in their homes rather than a traditional clinic setting.
